Analyze Cesar Chavez and the United Farm Worker’s Movement:
Cesar Chavez was a union leader and labor organizer, who confounded National Farm Workers Association in 1962. Pushing nonviolent methods, Chavez drew attention for his causes with boycotts, marches and hunger strikes. It was very successful in that he was able to secure raises and improve conditions for farm workers in California, Texas, Arizona and Florida.
Reflection: The untied farm workers proved to be a successful organization that fulfilled it purpose in helping low wages and improve working conditions. Chavez was a great man who contributed to our society gratefully.
